HR Operations Coordinator
• HR Information Systems Management - assisted with the maintenance of Workday (HRIS) in regards to data entry & integrity, system access & troubleshooting, and business workflow performance; leveraged HRIS reports to analyze and summarize data for various projects and needs throughout the business.
• Process Improvement & Change Management - proactively identified, analyzed and recommended improvements for existing business processes through Lean Six Sigma methodology; developed communication strategies and training materials to educate teams on new processes.
• Project Planning & Control - collaborated with project teams to align the group’s strategy and priorities to implement change, and develop a plan to monitor change to ensure improvements are sustainable; included changes related to mergers, acquisitions, process improvements, and system integrations.
• HR Administration - first point of contact for HR Shared Services Center; replied to employee inquiries on HR systems & processes, and troubleshoot issues as needed; initiated onboarding and severance processes, in addition to the robust tracking and reporting needed throughout; maintenance of employee documents & records, and replied to employment verifications.
HR Coordinator
• Applicant Tracking System Management - oversaw the management of Jobvite (ATS) with respect to “ease-of-use” configuration, performance, and analytics; created custom, built-in communication templates for Talent Management team to use with candidates for a more streamlined interview process; created applicant and job posting data reports for Talent Management team and leadership to highlight trends and patterns.
• Research Support - conducted industry & geographical research, in addition to summarizing applicant data & trends, to ensure optimal job posting options were being utilized on applicable job boards.
• Requisition Management - first point of contact for leadership to open requisitions; trained new leaders on process, and provided job aid materials for guidance; transferred requisition data into Jobite (ATS); included auditing information submitted by leadership to ensure details such as job titles, salary grades, comp ranges etc. were captured accurately.
• HR Administration - worked closely with Talent Management team to coordinate interviews and create & send offer letters; provided guidance to candidates throughout the interview, pre-screening & onboarding process.
